I have been wanting to try them out on the Niner, but Kreechan tore a sidewall on the Palm Cyn ride so I was worried about durability. I think I lucked out when I found 29 inch Ardent with the new Maxxis EXO sidewall protection at Cambria when on the SLO trip. Finally mounted it up......tubeless on a Flow rim with Stans tape and sealant.

Kreechan and others have always claimed to be able to use a floor pump when mounting the Ardents up tubeless and sure enuff, it was easy......damn!

I should be enjoying the extra volume (and traction) on the rigid singlespeed :D

I am still waiting for the 26 inch version Ardent EXO to show up.....well, that is assuming that the EXO sidewall protection works as advertised....we will see :|

I have 2.4 front and 2.2 rear Ardents mounted on my singlespeed with ghetto tubeless conversion and love it! Let us know what you think about the EXO.
