I see Harley with an expression of butthurt, but his partner in crime has a shit-eating grin on his face. Something does not add up. There's more to this story... and I'm anxious to hear about it. |

Since I am not the OP, I will defer to Canaan's interpretation as the framer. That said, I offer the following maxim of interpretation: Finding the beer follows the rule of the virus. Accordingly, as a corollary to the previous clarification of the rule in the event one beer is consumed by several (i.e., "diffusion of responsibility does not excuse the duty to replace, there should be multiple beers hidden by now"); if several beers are hidden in one location, and only one is consumed by several persons, all those persons must hide other beers in a number equal to the consuming persons in a location or locations at least one hill or meadow away from the site of the find. So, Belizean, 2 beers; Big Clyde, 1 beer; Lost One, 1 beer. |

No ban hammer should drop based on ones occupation or many of us would not be able to post here. That would ruin the spirit of what DT brings to the world. After reading the free legal counsel given to this board and his unbiased finding based solely on historical data from the point of the post conception that all parties should place a beer (one un-named person needs to place two) I think that his ruling should stand. Those that agree, say yea Those that oppose, go %$#@ yourself |
