Dome Protection

Looking for a couple used helmets to buy. My younger brother and his friend want to go riding with me but I don't want them riding without helmets. I've got them covered on the bikes, but need to find some dome protection. Anybody have an old helmet they are looking to get rid of? If they start to ride more often, then we can go with new stuff.....I just don't want to spend the money if they ride only once or twice. Medium or large should work.

I have a brand new Large Giro Xen ( i think, might be a different model but its one of their better looking ones) . I think its an 07 or something like that. Id let it go for $20, I bought an off color for dirt cheap thinking I was going to paint it cause its just a stinking helmet, then ended up getting a good deal on a fox helmet and the giro is just collecting dust in storage right now. I will have to see if I can dig it out for ya this weekend. Oh by the way, its pink lol

That's a great price for a Xen. I bought mine a few years back for $90. A trip to Home Depot and do a camo combination on it and you are done.

It is, but I dont care to go thru the craigslist / ebay hassle to get $20 more dollars out of it. Not worth the trouble IMO. I have had it on craigslist before for $40 and never received a single call or email. I'd rather have it go to a friend of friend and know that it will get used then let some schmoe on ebay get a deal. Ya know? Plus it wouldnt fit my fat odd shaped head like my fox helmet does :lol:
