Roommate Needed

It pains me to put this up, but my g/f is chaging jobs and the bills ain't getting paid....

It's in La Jolla near UCSD. Closest riding is LPQ and Sycamore with Noble about an hour away. If you ever wanted to see how a Cat-1 MTB racer lives and trains, here's your chance.

Assets
-Two bed, 1 bath second floor condo with Western exposure (you get your own bedroom)
-Pool and jacuzzi close by
-Double paned windows in bedrooms (quieter and better insulating)
-in unit washer and dryer
-walking distance to UCSD and grocery stores (La Jolla Village Square)
-ample street parking
-on site bike mechanic (that's me! I work at the campus bike shop). I have a tool-kit and a bike stand that you're welcome to use, OR I'll just fix it for you.
-on site USA Cycling Level 3 coach (also me! I'm certified, in my 2nd year of coaching AND you can have all the free coaching you can handle)
-Riding partner if you want one (me again!)
-all the other stuff you'd expect: reefridgerator, microwave, stove, TV, VCR, DVD and the 2005 TDF on tape for boring trainer sessions!)

Liabilities:
-Rent is $600 all-inclusive
-playful 3-year-old cat affectionately named "The Monster" So if you're allergic to kitties, you might want to reconsider...

All I ask is that you're not a night-owl. We're early risers and our last roomie liked to stay up late; that didn't go so well...

Hope you get MTB roommate. Craigslist is the best for roommates/rentals, but you definitely get some riff-ratts just need to weed them out.
