So weird. Would love to have been in that boardroom discussion. I reckon Constellation saw the writing on the wall that they'd overpaid (duh!), said fuck it, let's do some sort of insider deal by selling it to an "independent" (who we may or may not be affiliated with..), and realize a big taxable loss on the books. Pure speculation on my part. Fun though!

I liked the label, but as is often the case with local breweries, it didn’t live up to the promise. Not everyone who jumps on the craft beer bandwagon knows how to play the song.
