Im using an iphone. Iused to load my images into the gallery but Im so rarely uploading photos onto my desktop Ive just been attaching directly from my iphone. I just tried to post in the critters thread and attach a "square" image and couldnt.

Hmm... the “most compatible” instead of “high efficiency” iPhone setting didn’t help. In previous versions I could set file size. I found a workaround which is to email the new photo to myself with compression. PITA. Apparently you can’t just directly compress it without an app...thanks Apple (sarcasm). And thanks dooder (no sarcasm).

Just tried to upload a photo at the lowest setting and got the error message stating it was too large

I just posted in critters, in order to do so, I cropped the picture down quite a bit, then attached directly from my potato.
