Mazama magnetic bite valves - the description sounded good and the price was so much lower than Camelbak or Osprey valves that I bought a couple to try out.

https://www.mazamadesigns.com/product/magmaflow-bite-valve-shut-off/

Made in China of course, so who knows what the hell material you're really biting on...

Update: works well. Nice strong magnet, fits both 1/2 & 3/4" webbing, and the bite valve is easy to use and doesn't leak. Flow is adequate, but not as much as the latest Camelbak valves.

Thanks for posting.

Hopefully I like it and can turn the 30 tooth front

Looks like Active Junky is having a one day 15% cash back deal for a number of vendors tomorrow (July 28). I can't pull up a page that has details but I see a Jenson logo on the email.

This seems like a damn good deal for a less-costly version of a great bike.

A certain obsessive compulsive ex-DT'er and California ex-pat just bought that bike from that vendor.
