Does anyone have an opinion on this fork? My cousin wants to upgrade the fork on his 95 Cannondale Super V.

Will it be sufficient who will be riding trails similar in LPQ and Hodges or is it just a POS?

Thanks!

Well, you/your cousin just need to look at this product realistically and take into consideration...Its a lower end Marz. its only gonna cost $168. What is their reputation? I guess for the money there really isnt much in the major three (Rock Skox, Fox, Marz.) to compare it too except the dart maybe. I run in some belief that, "you get what you pay for" most of the time. Theres always exceptions to the rules though, right?. I mean, what if the fork is just awesome, sweet, you got more than you payed for. But if it performs like a rubber chicken, you have the ole' faithfull cliche' to fall back on, 'you got what you payed for".
I suppose if he sets his sights low enough, has his expectations in check and actually truelly believes the fork will fail, and then after using it for a few months and it doesnt fail, then he will come out a winner.
I think that might actually be the only way to mentally prepare oneself for such a product.
Happy Purchasing!

Haven't heard too many good things bout the new Zocchi's. He might have better luck with a used Fox or Rockshox. The fork is and area you typically want to spend a bit more cash. Check the for sale adds here and on MTBR and you can find some pretty good deals. Good luck!
