 Post subject: E-bike coming loose

I have had the rear axle come loose and a few other things but this one was scary. I thought the pedal broke off. I tightened the cranks and just about everything after I got the bike but after that rock garden, I guess it came loose again.

Bummer. I have not had the cranks loosen up, but I had did have motor mount bolts loosen, so now I check all that occasionally.
