Went out for a ride tonight and thought things felt a little soft, so a reached down and started playing with my knob. After a couple turns of my knob, things seemed to stiffen right up and feel much firmer.

While I only played with my knob on the way out and not in the bumpy, jumpy kinda stuff, it felt like there was much less bob with each stroke of the pedals. On my next ride out I'm going to play with my knob much more often and see if I can find the perfect balance of firm, yet soft.

Moral of the story, if you haven't played with your knobs recently, you should give them a couple turns in either direction and see how it feels. If things feel too firm, a couple turns of your knob to make it softer might make a bigger difference than you think. On the opposite, if things feel to soft, maybe give your knob a couple cranks and see if having it firmer feels better.

It's simple, most can reach their knob while riding, just reach down between your legs, grab your knob and turn it one way or the other and feel the difference!!

While I don't suggest turning your friends knobs, you might encourage your friends to crank his own and see how things feel. Your buddy might be very appreciative if you help him get things feeling better, so he can feel better hooked up...

Exactly the reason to convince your wife (or girlfriend) to ride with you....that way she can adjust your suspension as needed. You never know who she might come in handy during your ride.

You stay away from my knob Mathew.

Glad you're having fun with yours though.
