Avid BB7s. Pop out the pads, and pop in new ones. Adjust cable and you're done. Can do it trail side in less than 5 minutes. But they don't come in carbon.

Ha… I actually didn't get started until 7:30 and ended up cleaning the drive train to.

Anyway, got it all done and for probably the first time ever looks like no trip to see Mike and Doug to fix what I fixed.

The test tomorrow. Off to BLT in the morning.
