Has anyone had a fork arch break or heard of a fork arch breaking? If so, please pm me with the details (year, make, and model of fork, and how the break occurred). Thanks.

How did you bend it, and what make and model fork was it?

It was a 2007ish fox 40. Couldn't remember if a rock was a roller or drop. It was the latter and I thought it was the first haha. It was about 8ft high. Landed front heavy into a root that tacoed the front wheel. Noticed the bent arch after getting to my car. This was a couple days before Crankworks in Whistler 2010 so there was a fox mechanic in the parking lot with other demo vendors. He checked it out and seemed like he doesn't see too many of those.

Next time Eric, take the bike off the roof rack before driving into your garage. ;)
