Just an observation: I order a crankset from this UK bike website for almost $100 less than available in a LBS, pay no sales tax, get FREE shipping, and it gets delivered to my house 5 business days later over the Atlantic.

I order other bike parts from an Ohio bike website. In addition to higher prices, I have to pay sales tax (to Mexifornia), plus shipping, and it takes 10 days to get to my house.

+1 for CRC. I've only bought from them 3 times but got great prices and (with one exception) fast, free shipping.

The one exception was a shipment that got held up in the UK during the laser printer cartridge bomb threat a few years ago, but not CRC's fault.
