Got the coversion done about a month ago. It went very good. The clutch derailler is worth the hype. Nice and quiet,chain slap gone. I wish I had got a medium cage mech, but this is OK it works fine.Just the low exposure thing makes for good line choices.

I did the same conversion on two of my bikes. I also wanted medium cages. It turns out that a Shimano derailleur can be converted to any length you like. I ordered a replacement medium inner cage through Bike Bling for far less than ordering a replacement derailleur. I also improved the smoothness of the shifting for the conversion by installing the OneUp Rad Cage outer cage. It truly made shifting much smoother.
