Both my bikes have the Reba, I failed on my rebuild so I sent one fork to Push; but on my HT I'd like to pull a spacer out to increase the travel, anybody comfortable with pulling that off?

Pretty sure you have to just pull the air piston shaft assembly off the lower, pull the base plate out, then pull the 10 or 20mm spacer(s) out then reinsert the base plate and reinstall the rod into the leg. This would also be a good time to replace the seals and relube the splash oil bath per specs in the lowers. See page 14 (not sure what your Reba year model is so look up SRAM's site) for the schematic. Page 4 is for you to crayon, Fred. :)

I love how easy it is to work on RS forks.

Ya know I thought the same when I pulled (tried) to get the lowers off, it just didn't happen like the instruction said; as a matter of fact, the video starts from beyond pulling the lowers because it is suppose to be really simple.

There's the issue. You don't just unscrew the retaining bolts from the bottom and "pull" the lowers off. The rods (each leg) on almost all of RS forks are "pressed in" when installed. So go to Page 9, step 6 of the manual. Light tap does it. The corresponding illustration (numbered 6) shows ya. Easy peazy! I'm weird that I find joy rebuilding my RS forks from time to time.. fully gutting it out, piece per piece, replacing every imaginable seal. Love what you ride but it needs love too, ya know what I mean?

Chill foo! Can you come up my place instead? I'll surgically molest your fork and make it feel like a virgin again.

Or depending on where I end up tomorrow and if I'm near tri city, I could swing by. You can drive up tonight. I'm partially building my new sled as well.
