I have an excellent set of DMR Vaults. Hardly used, great condition, black, $80.

I'm thinking more like something ready to hit the garbage can, because my wallet lay at the bottom of mine.

BTW, I do not know ANYTHING about flat pedals. Are those good pedals? And what makes a pedal good? I will be putting them on a Heckler.

That's hard to answer because it depends so much on personal preference. I like wide, thin, and dependable, but not too worried about weight. If you want cheap and good I've read good things about Forte and they can be purchased at performance bike. Good luck.
