I was riding today and bent my rear wheel bad enough that its rubbing against the lower chain guide and rear triangle. How bad can I bend a wheel and get It straightend, and at what point should it be replaced? Thanks

It was stupid, i was jumping and landed on the edge of a mud hole. It was almost a nice little tumble but my wheel volunteered to take all the abuse. I was surprised the tire didn't burp the rim, there was notube crap all over.
