That's cool for those of us who do not need lots of travel. This allows bikepacking racks to be mounted on the forks since the forks have solid legs.

I hope this catches on.

It looks really similar to the AMP forks from the early 90s...

yeah! That was my thought as well. I recall a couple other similar brands as well. At least these dont use erasers!

I wonder what bottom out looks like on these. I would imagine that depending on the frame, if you bottom out your fork you could end up denting your downtube fairly nasty.

And wouldn't you lose wheel base at full compression? Seems sketchy to me. On a small travel bike with steeper angles it seems like you would increase your chances of OTB experiences.

Good points! In this photo it looks like if it bottoms out the shock stroke or the linkage would end before it hits the frame. Unless it swings around when you crash, but then again there appears to be down tube clearance for that on this application. When I replaced the oem 73mm fork with a 100mm on my old hardtail the tops of the preload adjusters graze the downtube at full turn. I think most newer bikes have down tubes profiled to clear suspension forks, unless you're running a double yoke then you're smacking stuff no matter what!
