Hey guys just wanted to say hi to everyone. Heard about this Forum from MTBR. I'm still fairly new to riding. I started riding Late July. I hadn't ridden a bike since I was a kid. I picked up a cheap Schwinn to beat on and ride around some small trails. Once I knew I was into the sport and wanted to stick with it, I picked up a GT Avalanche 2.0 disc.

Ive ridden Mission Trails several times and still have lots to explore. Done Sycamore twice. Made it through Marthas grove. Tried Anderson Truck trail once. Still have other trails in SD to check out. But mainly I think I try to do Mission on my days off once or twice a week since Im fairly local to it. Still got to work on my endurance and hill climbing skills. Sorry for the rambling, just hope to read up and learn more on this site.

Welcome. DT is a great site, especially for finding like-minded people in San Diego to ride with. Hope to see you on the trails. I ride Spring Canyon and Oak Canyon (the trails north of the 52, just outside Mission Trails) quite a bit -- pm me if you'd like to be part of a group ride in that area.
