Hello,
My name is Jamie, I live in La Mesa. I am a MTB newbie. I just purched a new bike and have been hitting Cowels on a regular basis, or more like cowels has been hitting me. I am looking forward to getting some good information from this website, and I hope to jump in on some group rides.

:welcome: always like MTB with medics, more insurance on the trail.

If you are learning at Cowles Mtn, you'll pick up your stamina & skills real quick for MTB. You'll have no problem on any group ride.Go down to Sycamore to put in more miles & used to be in the saddle longer would be my only other suggestion.
