Greetings and Salutations!

My names Bill, but if u saw me you'd instantly realize that the name is way to white for how asian i am. im fairly new to the sport but its right up my ally of aggressive, fun, healthy, and relativly cheap compared to my other hobbies.

im currently rideing a DICKs specal. A diamondback recoil. im deffinatly already addicted and dedicated to this sport and am looking to already build or buy a new bike.

Im a fast learner and not too afraid of trying new obstacles. but i also know my skill level and limitations. You may have already seen me at Calaveras as its right behind my house. ive done a lot if reading on technique and its helped me tremendously. ive watched other riders at calaveras and have learned tons from other dirt treader riders (thats how i found this site. thanks chris. marc. and the others whom i cant remember).

thanks again for this awesome site and the friendly members. im looking fodward to rideing with more of you all and on new dirt!

Take it easy and ride smart!

i will try to attend the weekly tuesday and friday calveras rides as often as work permits. i serve in the USMC so my schedule is often non predictable.

you are correct sir. tips section of old DirtRag mags. and mountain bike just had a reallt good 101 tips article. that covers shifting. brakeing. downhill. climbing. rock gardens. etc.
