Hey guys and gals:

I met you guys on the trail at the 'creek' on Indian Creek Trail. You were going west and I was going east. We were all headed up hill! Glad I got on this board. It seems like all riders on the old lists/groups/boards I was a member of have faded into the ether and I've been having trouble finding riding buddies.

Looking forward to riding with y'alls.

I don't ride a mountain bike either.

I must say that what I do is, I mountain bike. I become one with my mountain bike (although I'm still working on the part where my fluidity and the fluidity of the trail resonate together.)

Thanks everyone for the welcome. Glad to see so many active mountain bikers.

I was on my way to the Sycamore Canyon ride on Monday morning when I noticed a very large screw embedded in my truck's tire, and I noticed a broken spoke on my bike's rear wheel. In San Diego is practically impossible to fix an XTR wheel because no one has any parts in stock. Very annoying! I might have to see if my other wheel works for this weekend.
