Hi Treaders,

My name is Tom (aka Tomeq) and I moved to PQ in January 2012. I was riding bicycles all my childhood in Europe where I was born and raised (mainly in the city) but then stopped when moved to college and eventually to US. I've had 2 little boys (1.5 and 3.5yr) in the mean time but I've discovered the vast opportunities for riding bikes in my neighborhood.

I live south from 56 (Pipilo & Salmon River) with 56 bike route in my backyard, entrance to the Los Penasquitos canyon down the road and Black Mountain trails a mile away.

I'm still fresh to MTBing but look forward to frequent rides around and occasional trips to other locations.

I own 2 bikes: Diamondback Recoil (full suspension) for trail rides and Sorrento (hardtail) for more domesticated rides and hauling my boys in the trailer. Entry level bikes but do the job for me at this moment.

Feel free to contact me if you live close and want to ride.

Thanks Guys and see you around.

Thanks guys! It looks like a lot of members live in PQ ... right on.
I guess I was lucky to move here not knowing what I was about to discover.

Haven't been to the deep LPQ Canyon but it looks like a lot of fun. Black Mtn is awaiting as well.

Time to ride :)
