Just started Riding this year and found you guys through researching for my bike purchases and learning about the sport.

Last Monday I purchased my first MTB. from craigslist for $50.00

that same week on wednesday I received a PM from someone on MTBR.com that offered to sell me one of their bikes. It was a great deal and im super happy it happend. So in the same week i grabed my second every MTB LOL

2003 Kona Kahuna Deluxe w/lots of upgrades.

I live in PQ and have rode the canyon about 5 times now. I love this sport!

i also live near black mnt and ride both spots. I live 3 blocks from the nighthawk trail. its a hell of a climb!

Have you figured out the various ways from your house to the canyon without touching much pavement yet? Lots of options. I live off of Black Mountain and Stargaze. Lots of ways into the canyon that are all legal. and a few others

no sir i have not. i live up on the hill behind PITCHERS. i drive on the freeway one exit to blk mnt road and turn left to get to the canyon. i have no idea how to get there with a trail...
