Already got one comment that the theme is bland. I've installed a few themes you can pick in your user profile. If you like one of those better, or you have a phpBB theme you know about that's better, I'm very open to suggestion...

I'll look into it. In the free version, I can only do so much though.

You do have the View Posts Since Last Visit if that gets you by for now.

yeah. what do you have in mind?

the phpbb thing works off three concepts: imagesets, templates, and themes.

each piece can be tailored and swapped out for what's here.

imagesets are all of the buttons and gifs and stuff.
templates are the html.
themes are the css.

so is there a specific format each image set is suppose to be in? Can you seperate the image sets for the buttons and send em to me? I can have a look and see what can be done?
