Nutrition / Diet / supplements / meal plans etc. etc.? I know it comes up and I am sure some of the other gravitationally challenged folk like myself wouldnt mind an easier way to look thru what works good for other people.

I like the Cytomax, citrus flavor, I know it is old school but it works for me, maybe cause I'm old school (or just old). I read that if you are going to train/ride, (whatever you call your style of riding). If you do it a few times a week, water alone can not put back what you lose and without a exercise/recovery supplement you can actually do harm and slow down fitness improvement.

Good idea. At the helm for less than a week and this place is already looking up.

Although we could probably go on and on about nutrition, maybe a broader subgroup in MTB for "Training" to include nutrition would be a good start.

Seems a little specific. How about putting nutrition related threads in a racing/training forum?

+1

While we're at it, the top-level forums might be getting a little crowded. Maybe "Singlespeed" and "29ers" should become sub-forums under MTB.

  • General
    • MTB
      • Treader Reports
      • Singlespeed
      • 29ers
    • Road Treaders
    • Advocacy
    • Calendar
    • Fitness/Training
      • Training tips/routines
      • Nutrition
    • etc...

Los, in honor of you starting this awesome topic, I have thanked not only your original post but the one above (where you wanted to thank yourself). If you'd like to thank me for thanking you, I would be honored as well. I might even thank you for it.
