How to release pms "On Hold"

A quick note for anyone needing to read new pms but cant because your box's (in-box and out-box) are full.

Go into your pms

Check the box on the right of the pms you want to delete (look in your outbox as well)..you might have a few pages..up to 4 or 5 I think..

Scroll down to the bottom of page

Where it says "mark/unmark as important" click on the arrow and it will drop down and give you the option to select "delete marked"

Once you have deleted enough pms, click on the part of the message that says "Release all on-hold messages" (this isnt highlighted but is clickable)
