Since we've hit a rather ugly spam mess of late, I have set the registration so that I have to explicitly enable a user. This should clear it up.

Since I've done the update, the influx of spam users has ceased. I'm putting the registration back to what it was.

Please let me know if we get hit again and I miss it.
