I would like to get an email daily for a forum that has all new threads and all updated threads listed. How do I that? Right now I'm subscribed to threads but it is not working like I want.

What you need is a forum subscription. You have to go to the forum to do it.

For example, go to the MTB forum: viewforum.php?f=2

There's a subscription link sort of at the top of the thread list on the left. "subscribe forum"
