Bike(s): Yes
Favorite Trails: crooked & winding...
The three of us arrived late at the appointed place, and were clearly reluctant to get rolling. I didn't think I had it in me today for a long ride, but the cloudy skies and quiet companionship kept us going, at a comfortable yet fun pace, with shorter stops than usual. If turned out to be a fairly long ride, and a beautiful sunny day by the end. Good thing about the clouds, since coincidentally we all had black jerseys. The Treader on the left is characteristically dapper, and the one on the right characteristically camera shy. We rode all the newly built wide bridges, which, while not at all challenging, will be pretty damn welcome if it ever rains again. We were also happy to see that it looks like at least one more agricultural season before they build houses on these hills.

That was a good ride! Who knew a few "late-starters-rather-have-coffee&breakfast-instead" would put in so many miles and climbs!
The cloud coverage lasted just the right amount of time too!

Thanks Don & Dan for riding with me today!

:hello:
