I had an hour or two to get out of the house yesterday while the mother-in-law took over baby duties from me and the wife, so I decided to head out to Spring to recenter myself. I only had time for a slow climb up L1/Teote and back, but it was beautiful out there. Nobody on the trail but me + hero dirt = :D

That trail looks super fun! What is the name, where is it, and how long did it take you to climb to the top?

I usually do the same if not the full loop, but I'm so out of shape right now and I took longer than I thought I would on the first climb. I've been spending my days (and nights) changing diapers and serving as my wife's personal man-servant.

I was there with 4 others yesterday from 9:00AM to 10:30. We rode Western over to Toads to Bracelet and down Barrels. What a fine day to ride, and the limited rain has "groomed" the trail into a smooth velvet path (is that my fully absorbing the "bumps"?).

Ride on folks!

Great vid. So i take it there were no sightings of the (no) fun police? Seems like the patrols have subsided after a flurry of reported activity. I never did see a single one of them so maybe it was all a bunch of FUD to keep people away.
