I think it is long overdue that someone takes the short amount of time to remove the snowflakes from the banner...Spring and Daylight Savings is (almost) here...If I have to take down my Xmas lights by now, then the snowflakes should shortly follow...get on with it!

But it's still snowing in the mountains and it's winter until March 20th. Spring starts on the 21st of this month.

In 2012, winter began on December 21. So the flake should only be up from the 21st until say New Years?

With few exceptions, it does not snow enough in San Diego to constitute endless snow flakes.

Weather forecast says possible snow today in the mountains.

Can we get the flakes back?
