Favorite Trails: The ones you didn't help with.
One last effort to build some new trail at Crestridge this April 2nd.
We'll be ending the trail building season by completing a loop that ties into the bit of trail we built last December.

I'll need as many hands as possible to make this section of trail happen. I think this will turn out to be one of my favorites. There will be some cool rock rolls, and other features that will be built into this trail.

We'll meet at Horsemill road at 8am and work untill noon, We'll have food and swag to raffle off.
Tools will be provided. If you have a favorite tool, bring it.

Please rsvp to Kevin@sdmba.com

I am posting 2 maps. One is of the trail work for April 2nd. The second is a look at what we have accomplished at Crestridge in the last 12 months.

April Trail re-route.

Do you think you can have the equestrian force schedule a road apple pickup day ? I can deal with the sandy conditions from them clobbering the dirt but Road apples the size of footballs on a single track are unavoidable when Im rocking rim brakes on the SS lol.

Do me a favor and go here
http://earthdiscovery.org/crestridge-ecological-reserve/eyes-on-the-reserve
and fill out the form explaining that there was / is excessive amount of horse feces on the trail. Use your grown up words please and keep it mature.
Your a trail user just like anyone else, they shouldn't ruin your trail experience because they are too lazy to clean up after their horses.. . .

Who do you think your talking to here?
Giving me guidelines is the same as asking me to step out of line!

LOL on the "eyes on the reserve" form I checked the box for ILLEGAL DUMPING OR HAZARDOUS WASTE DISPOSAL.

I might be able to be talked into being a "boss"....

But I'm going to need one of those lawn chairs with umbrella things and a cooler to keep my beer in as part of my contract....

Oh... and a bull horn coz I don't want to strain my voice... :crying:

J/K...

Kev I should have my brother coming out to help.

Come on DT'ers, heres a good example of a land manager working with the MTB community to put in more single track. Come put your 2 cents in and help shape this dirt.

YES! Bring your bikes. I'll need to make sure all tools are accounted for and things like that, but even if I can't ride with you guys, I'll print maps for the best routes from home base.
