I can do 20+ miles MTB no problem. When I do 3 times in a row on the track, I'm dead, it's crazy how you work other leg muscles.

It was a freaking blast tonight.

Tookers son & my son freaking were loving it today.

Tookers kid got a trophy & gave it to my son, Tooker your doing a great job raising him, kid has a heart of gold.

I'm beat though, I found a new exercise regimen called, running behind your kid while he learns to ride a BMX. I should be paper thin in two months, however the Lolita's Taco Shop afterwards doesn't help.

Hopefully going back Sun, as the kid is pumped to go back, wants to earn his own trophy.
