I am completely toasted after that ride today, those bonus miles I did at sweetwater did the trick.

I still can't believe that dude headplanted off the teater and got up like it was nothing, Randy would have had to call in his buddies to airlift me out.

Yeah that guy was me... surprisingly I feel fine right now, I think I will be a little sore tomorrow. Thanks for the helmet, can't believe i forgot mine! yeah and the flats were pretty much pissing me off by the end. If anyone tossed me a tube, I have one to give back. I only carry 2 and went through those quick.

Also, thanks for the great ride today. I will see you guys next week for sure although, not as entertaining to watch :)

Thank you all for an awesome ride! It's been a while since I rode with the group so needless to say it was quite festive and entertaining to ride with an amusing clan. Dave heeling vibes to you my friend because I'm sure when the adrenaline subsides you're gonna be sore. Tylenol every 4hrs and Ibuprofen every 6hrs! but not on an empty stomach.

Finally, I'm guilty of having a flat while on the ride and suffered a broken chain while on the final leg down Sweetwater. Jose Thanks for sweeping out back and lending me a spare link! You saved me from a pretty long walk back home. I owe you!

Thanks again and I look forward to riding with you all again....

I had a blast today and am very happy with the SS. I was really expecting to be completely dead after just a couple miles but put in a total of 24. I am glad a bunch of guys got to come out and experience some of the down south trail goodness that we have. Dave, glad your good to go and thanks for the bike, it kicks ass.

We had a great turnout & it was great ride.

Team Iron Horse in the House. Man I saw 6point6 everywhere today. I LOVE THAT BIKE.

Dave glad the helmet did it's job. So many flats you may need to put your tire inside out & check for cactus inside. Slime tubes or Stan's is a must for the Southbay, with all the cactus & thorns we have.

Darryl you were flying on the SS. I'd race that bike in a minute at 24hr Hurkey Creek.

Glad to see some new face down here, hope you guys come back again in the future.

This is what i have been told ..... the RP3 air sleeve, part number 806-29-041 (you'll need it as none at Fox seems to know the part number without digging through their parts list for a while), and the FLOAT/RP3 air sleeve rebuild kit, part number 803-00-142. It comes with all the seals and a Float fluid pillow pack for $6. I know my rear shock has issues now ...... the guy at fox i spoke to is Jason. He said to let all the air out of the main chamber. Once you do this the bike should only sag or drop down about 1/2 inch or so. That is with no rider. I did this to FUELATV's and his was good. i did this to mine and the shock dropped about 2 inches or so.
