Most of the ride from the shop you are in and out of shade, it can get hot specially at Sweetwater where there is no shade at all, but if we do the same ride that the Sloth knows we should be ok.

Alright...we're about a week away, and I think we have a pretty good idea what trail this is going to be....So, we need to take roll-call on who is riding this (as long as we can have the sat or sun decided upon). So far we have several votes for next sunday....
Please take the time to vote for the trail, and whether you can do it on saturday or sunday....

Bump....last chance to vote I guess..or doesn't it matter? It looks like we have a proper vote and a clear idea of which trail it is.
The BLT/Noble?Indian Creek/Pine Mountain Trail Ride it is then...
I will post a specific route and directions to get there, I will also do a carpool from Oceanside for two other people. I can fit 4 riders very comfortably and have mounts for 4 bikes on my truck. So far I have a strong maybe from dfacerdm, and I think a maybe from Mike Kim for the carpool. I need confirmation on that in case one or both of you don't want to, it will allow room for other(s).
I will also post some reccommended sundries and snacks you'll need for this ride (for riders who are newer and not used to being on the trail for more than 2 hours).

Do you have some time coordinates. Sunday would for me strongly depend on my arrival back home by 3-4 pm ...or else. Saturday was earmarked already, so that's more open.

Were you planning on going significantly beyond a 3 hour ride and what route did you have in mind? Noble fell off the cliff in the end, it seems, but I should probably be careful what I wish for...
