I am thinking of riding around the area maybe get some of the Arizona trail in also. Should be there for a couple weeks. |

I'd check on fire status and trail closures before you go. Parts of AZT and north rim were closed for a while recently because of them. Not sure if they have re-opened or if there are still issues. |

You might be able to see some smoke in the east from a fire in the saddle District other than that there’s no fires in the area and the roads are all open thanks for checking. I will stop in at the visitors center and pick up a map. |
