Copied from bankerboy’s post in Advocacy:

“Next build day for the upper half that was not finished will be on Saturday, April 14 in two shifts. 8 am - 12 pm and 12 pm - 4 pm. This is a lot of advanced notice. I will post up the sign up link as soon as Matt (Boy Scout) creates his signup sheet. He is ordering a couple more pallets of stone that will need to be ferried out to the work site. We will break into a couple teams and relay the 60 lbs stones down the trail.”

Does SDMBA still have some of those 5 gallon water backpacks, with the high output sprayer that the back country fire fighters use? I recall using one of those on E-Ticket in MTRP, and it did a decent job at putting down water. Not great, but better than a Home Depot garden sprayer.

I seem to remember a pump in that murky green pond during the last big work day on Shitz. That was when all the switchbacks were initially put in. I don't know if it was ranger equipment or not, or if it could push water very far up the hill.

For the work day I showed up for, I don't even remember us having water for building.
