I feigned a mechanical issue to split from the father and son's torture chamber. They think skateboarding uphills is fun too.

I switched deodorant and toothpaste brands so maybe I'll get a taker or two next time.

It was a real sweat-fest out there yesterday. My face was getting raw from continually wiping it with my rough gloves. However, although I normally prefer the company of others for most of my rides, I had a great time out there by myself. It might even have been classified as a Soul Ride. It was definitely satisfying. :-)
