Would it be alright if I printed a few of these and posted them at some of the popular trailheads? I'm sure big brother will take them down on sight, but paper is cheep, if even a few people see it. Perhaps we could get a word of mouth ball rolling. without a big turnout showing up, a protest ride will mean nothing.

My opinion is that's a good idea if leadmoto agrees, except maybe put them under windshield wipers of obvious bike-hauling vehicles, and hand out to others. Definitely don't want them to end up as litter.

Post them and distribute to every bike shop in San Diego. They have a vested interest in the trails and would be a prime spot for those who attend the Church of the Rotating Mass.

Hey Gang,

We are in the process of getting these flyers to the bike shops, and encouraging them to post it on their web page/News letters. All help getting the word out is appreciated. PM me your email if you want a printable PDF and JPG file to help spread the word.

We agree with OldDogDan. We would rather see this distributed directly, and not placed on windshields.

This week we are printing out business card size for distributing on the trails, and trail heads.

A limited amount of bumper stickers will also be passed out at the event.

Everything we see happening (in terms of turn-out/support) in this short period of time is positive. This event is building up well so far.

I was in BM Bicycles today and the gentleman helping me made it a point to walk over and get me one of the flyers... so that was a good thing.

Flyers were found on our door yesterday morning.
I have posted it on our facebook page.
I have attended many meeting and continue to support all groups in the cause. It is frustrating.
Banding together, showing strength in numbers....maybe someone will finally listen!
Be calm, cooler heads prevail.

Spent my morning handing out flyers and talking to people at the Poway side trail head of Sycamore Canyon. There are a lot of frustrated trail users out there. I only had one sour grapes person (equestrian), but overall it seems people are fed up with the hypocrisy that is trail management in San Diego. Momentum is building.
In a side note; it was absolutely beautiful out there this morning.

How many people have you told about the Mass Meet-up event today?

Is your local shop promoting the event? Let them know they should be.

San Diego Brewery has flyers. Is your local brewery supporting the event?

Support for the event continues to grow, but everyone needs to help get the word out.

Thank you!

I can't seem to find any information about this event on "San Diego's Mountain Bike Resource" web page.
