How long is the ride gonna take? I've got to be in Escondido by 2, so I need to be home by like 12:30 at the latest.

Is always hard to know for sure on a group ride, flats, mechanicals, skill levels, all can delay the rides but this one won't be that long like I said.
Assuming we start by 8:00 am we should be done by noon or before.
