Thanks to Kimba for suggesting this - great idea! I can't make it to ride up there this w/e but if someone who will be there can PM me their email address I will gladly send some $$ for the cause.

Something that might be appreciated even more than $$ is if we could get some people up there to help Rich from time to time. Doesn't have to be a formal trail day - even a couple hours of our time before or after a ride can really make a difference.

I was able to drop off the Dirt Treader donation to Rich Julien tonight. In all we were able to collect $130 to replace his stolen tools and an additional $50 that was put on a Home Depot gift card. Rich was very humbled and gracious. I thanked him on behalf of all Dirt Treaders for the work he has done at La Costa in particular and County wide in general.
