Updated/Continued post. See bottom/last posts for correct info. Keeping this off of Facebook for now. I need experienced builders for Black Widow on Black Mountain this Saturday. If you are interested, I have beer! Dan, Mike, I am talking to you, since I owe from our Laguna trip. Start time: 7:45 am End time: 12:00 pm If you can attend, you can register here --> Black Widow, Black Mountain While it is an SDMBA event, the login for the meetup site is not affiliated with us so you get no emails other than other Meetup events. It is just helpful to me so I can plan tools and beverages appropriately. Hopefully some of you can make it. |

My back, ankle & I are allergic to heavy rocks so I won't be there tomorrow BUT I plan on having trimmers in my hand right around the corner from the build site. Light rain or shine, it should be on and it would be great if more can show up. BankerBoy has put in the BS meeting/admin work and needs help to finish this DH trail. People asked and he delivered the approval. Please try to carve out the time in the morning. Mahalo

Totally forgot to post here. Sorry Thanks Mike for keeping me honest.  Just below the 4th turn (not that anyone has ridden the trail) is a large non-directional rock garden. We want to build a solid A and lesser B line. Trying to keep this as real as possible. Gonna try to finish the upper part of turn 2 if we have enough people. Might rain a tiny bit so be prepared. Hopefully we get good rains in the afternoon (as promised) and it helps it set up. As always, I will supply the tools. Beer will be available post work and a swag opportunity drawing too. |

Leo Thanks for the work but until it rains the work has to wait until late this year. I've been trimming back trails on Black Mt and that's always something you can do. For some strange reason, I won't pull one weed in my yard but will work for 4 hrs on a local trail
