Can't get trails built because of sensitive habitat? Have you been given a ticket riding in a sensitive habitat? Have you seen trails closed near your new home? Are SDGE access fire road mud pits considered vernal pools?
Well there Skippy, you just didn't give enough money to a local politician or action group. (enter any other cause of your choice here)

Below you will find a beautiful new sign warning you to stay on the "trails"

Kinda funny how all these new homes just happen to NOT be on sensitive habitat. Those developers are very lucky guys :roll: At least they paid for the sign next to the homes..

It only became sensitive when they bulldozed all the other land to build houses. More houses = more sensitive land.
