This is the valley between Black Mountain (where the new trail is) and East ridge. Yes, we knew it would happen. It didn't look like we have any water shortage since the water trucks were full and the new homes are being built. Go ahead folks, hold a car wash and hose off your drives now. The crisis is over I guess

Maybe they will let us use the Cat to make some new trails over there. It is the required 12 foot width

No 12 foot wide trails in this development. All 12 miles worth will be native soil (no DG) and 4ft max width.

I was not aware that the Heritage Bluffs grading permits were all set. That work has started is good thing as there is a trail in the master plan that connects from 4-S to Miners Loop. The sooner the builders get done, the sooner we can put in the trail.

Sad… more tract homes for the masses. Less open spa re for anyone. Oh, but there'll be a "a trail".

Perfect we can all enjoy a view of the tract homes, screaming children (and adults), loud music and look forward to more tract homes as we ride by on "the trail".

Yep, I knew it was to happen sooner or later, Yep I knew we will be building quality trails out there that I will assist in, and Yep I'm still pissed that it's happening. Hopefully they won't start another fire like last time
