There is an opportunity to speak to the Carlsbad City Council at the meeting tomorrow, Tuesday July 15th, 9:00am, at Council Chambers - City Hall. They will be discussing parks and open space as it relates to the city's General Plan update. This is an agenda item so speakers will be given 5 minutes. I may not be able to attend unfortunately.

Please make time of you are able. The City Council needs to hear that people need access to open space and we need a bike park. Cycling is NOT a niche activity. Carlsbad has 2 skate parks and needs to open a bike park for riders of all ages to enjoy.
