They have been loosing money for a couple of years. The residents are pissed and you can't really blame them.

The good news is they are soliciting ideas for land use. Obviously there will be more housing but they want community input. Hmmmmm, what could you do with 115 acres on a hill with irrigation.....

Just a thought.

Lewis Group of Companies

They are the folks who currently own the property and want to re-purpose it. They have build community centers in other cities. It includes sports complexes. Why not a bike park?

ganjaland. turn most of the golf course greens to a farm of greens. build a hotel. each room has a big screen with loaded PS4 and XBone. there's a *bertos for burritos, pizza place, and a soda shop with ice cream, etc. there's an outdoor theater that plays Wes Anderson and Coen bros. films.
