I just read that the new 1/4 mile section of the San Diego River path in Mission Valley, cost the City 1.8 million dollars. Seems like 250,000 for an entire park is a bargan. It just goes to show the city parks department is suffering from an acute case of rectal, cranial inversion. Also know as Headuptheirassus.
