There is a lot of building going on over there. The one just south of 56 is one of my projects. Pretty soon, nearly all open space in that area will be houses.

Nothing (grading wise) should be going on with Merge56/Rhodes Crossing and extension of Camino Del Sur south from the Mobil station. There's a public meeting tonight at the PQ library to discuss the need for Environmental Impact Review.

I do know from many months ago that the road extension has been surveyed and flagged. The permit was written in May 2001 and has a stipulation that grading had to start and continue within 36 months otherwise SOL. They are way outside the window.
