Not 100% sure but I believe it is the land that has the single track across the mesa between tunnel one and two. This is that single track that has the nasty drop at the end.

If you climb up the fire road south from the end of tunnel one, the land parcel will be on your right, to the west.

According to a post over at MTBR, now bikes are being confiscated from repeat offenders.

You may also get treated to a little brutality if you complain about it.
